Downtown Maryville is coming into its own. Nestled near the base of the Smoky Mountains and yet access to many upscale amenities. Many improvements have recently been completed including a new parking garage, redesign and re-surfacing of a city surface parking lot, bridge across greenbelt to the library, and Founders Park next to Preservation Plaza.
Not only are there over 700 workers Downtown, but thousands of vehicles pass through Downtown daily. Additionally there are thousands more vehicles on their way to the Smoky Mountains passing within blocks of Downtown. With the assistance of the Downtown Association, additional signage and recognition is being sought. These efforts will assist in directing traffic to Downtown for shopping and dining.

Preservation Plaza offers a variety of office sizes, from small one and two room suites, to an entire floor. Each suite offered includes all utilities and janitorial service. Our 4th floor consists of a number of small suites, ideal for start-up businesses or one and two member firms.
If a larger suite is required, we can meet these needs as well. Presently we have two entire floors available, 7,861 or 5,866 nsf. They can be taken as a whole or subdivided. For slightly smaller needs, several suites are contiguous and thus can be combined to meet almost anyone’s requirements.
